Subscapular Nerve Compression: Shoulder, neck, arm pains

The realisation has just occurred to us that Christmas time is getting closer and closer.  As the saying goes, seasons come and go, and for the physiotherapists now at Boost Physiotherapy, statistics are showing that the rather common Subscapular Nerve Compression syndrome is becoming more and more prevalent.  This syndrome causes shoulder pain, neck pain, arm pain and pins and needles or a heaviness down the arm.  Is it becoming more frequent because we are frantically trying to complete all tasks before the festive season arrives?  What IS the reason for this more prevalent occurrence of Subscapular Nerve Compression currently??   Not sure.  But! Prevention is the key, whilst working, keep your posture up tall and neutral and avoid twisting or anything doing anything repetitive without a break.
