Pilates classes are offered every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 10.30am and 6.15pm.
Come for a class or two during the week. Saturday classes also available at 11.30am.
Only 15 minutes from Adelaide CBD, and free parking outside the clinic. There is free undercover parking behind the clinic.
