Autumn pains

There's been an influx of cold weather problems here at Port Adelaide Physiotherapy Paincare Pilates as Summer has long gone, and Autumn has set in.  Joints such as the knee, hip, back,  fingers and toes have had to adapt to barometric pressure changes. Nerves are increasingly feeling pain as they adapt from warm conditions to colder conditions.
Our strategy at Port Adelaide Physiotherapy is to help our clients suffering from joint pain syndromes eg knee pain, hip pain, back pain, hand and foot pain and more seriously - arthritis; is to help our clients find pain relief via increasing joint health with various special techniques involving hands on adjustments, some warm and gentle electrotherapy and we also devise a home management plan suited to each client to help minimise the pains from returning as the days become increasingly colder.

We welcome new customers who require  help with their pain management to book in with one of our physiotherapists by phoning 0434 708 488, or booking online at www.boostphysiotherapy.com.au
